This drill helps work your grip break as well as strenthen your grips. Unlike other drills that you can work for minutes at a time, this one I would practice for 30-60 seconds and then take a break for 60 seconds. Try it for 3 rounds... just so you don't risk injuring a finger.
Copenhagen Combatives™ blog is about self-defence training, how to avoid violence, outdoor and urban survival, training methods, new scientific discoveries on physical and mental performance enhancement. Grip Breaks - Drill for Skill - BJJ Weekly Issue #119
