The thing you gotta love about Megaton is he is always learning the newest techniques. Never to rest on the Jiu-Jitsu from 25 years ago, Megaton demonstrates a tricky x-guard technique which he transitions into a sneaky "kick-out" back take. Take your time learning this technique and start slowly to get a feel for your opponent's base and balance.
Copenhagen Combatives™ blog is about self-defence training, how to avoid violence, outdoor and urban survival, training methods, new scientific discoveries on physical and mental performance enhancement. This is an informative page about our fields of interest and what we do, for those who do not use Facebook, where our main page and forum are.
