A nurse body slammed twice by LAPD

LOS ANGELES, CA -- A nurse was pulled over for talking on her phone while driving ( that's a crime?? ). She said something to officers that caused them to rip her from her vehicle and slam her to the concrete twice. The officers were filmed giving each other a "fist bump" afterward.
