Combatives will start our new season with an intro Seminar the 1st and the 2nd
September, Saturday from 13-16 Sunday from 14-16. To celebrate our new season
of training we offer a huge discount for an intro seminar, the price is 200 kr.
pr day or 300 for both days, normally its 300 kr pr.day and 500 for 2 days.
Learn unarmed
defence against from knife attacks, from standing, clinch and ground position.
This course will not only show techniques but also how to train using whatever
style you have previous experience with or are training at this moment.
Wear comfortable everyday
clothing as jeans, the shoes you normally use and T-shirt.
Useful equipment
is MMA gloves, groin, forearm and eye protection, the most important is the
forearm protection, we can provide them if you don’t have any. We prefer no
protective gear, but if your work requires fine motor skills and no bruises
it’s wise to buy protective gear that can protect you.
