Perform each set with no rest in between exercises. Rest as needed in between sets.
A1: Seesaw Press - 3-5 x 10
A2: Pull Up 3-5 x10
B1: Renegade Row - 3-5 x20
B2: Decline Push Up - 3-5 x 10
C1: Double Clean - 3-5 x 10
C2: Diamond Push Up - 3-5 x10
HE:  8-Count Bodybuilders 4 x 60sec
